Bharat completed his degree in the Fall of 2004.
His dissertation is titled "The Cross-Cultural Learning Process of International Doctoral Students: A Case Study in Library and Information Science Education."
He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the School of Information Sciences at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
