[edit] Computer Supported Cooperative Work

The study of how computers can support collaboration and other types of cooperative work. Essentially, how computers can help people work together, instead of how computers can help an individual do his/her work. Mike Twidale's Over-The-Shoulder Learning work is an excellent example of this kind of research.
