The copy machine in the LRL is on some mystical honor system and is usually shut off. (-someone)

It turns itself off, but it can be turned on by flipping the "on" button on the side.

Use the copier to make overheads for presentations (rather than the printers). Because the printers melt the plastic overheads, and melted stuff destroys printers). Sooo, print your stuff on to paper, then make a copy of the paper on the copier).
