Ex-officios (ah! Latin plural?) do not vote. Meetings are held once a month and are advertised on the bulletin boards. Agendas are linked off of Terry Weech's website. Meetings are open to all of GSLIS. The majority of the committee's work involves approving syllabi and retiring classes in the course catalog that are not frequently taught.
