In a conversation with Stephen Downie during Symposium, he mentioned that there are a number of mailing lists which all LIS PhD students should subscribe to. This is how we will know about job opportunities, and other relevant information in the field.



ASIS-L, the general ASIS&T Mailing List



JESSE, a discussion list for issues regarding Library and Information Science Education
